“East Peoria riverfront… behind wal-mart. Where the CILCO power plant used to be.”

exactly.  I used to think this little park was funny as it seemed to be an afterthought after to Walmart on their riverfront, and now 99.9% of the people who visit this park only visit it as they are driving to Bass Pro.  After putting in the Bass Pro road it would have been nice of them to add a few parking spots for people wanting to take in the Peoria skyline, but as it stands you have to park in Walmart’s lot and walk over.
