I believe that was taken at the playing field behind Central High School. If not there, it’s at the field at Peoria Heights High School.

I agree with the admin- Central baseball fields. Used to sled down the hill to the west of that that would run you into one of the 150 buildings next to the tennis courts. The Heights field goes up from the surrounding areas- at least from the creek I walked once

As a member of the PHS Class of ’85, I remember those well. I was always told of some pro baseball player who would routinely hit the ball out of the park and up the hill. I wonder who that was.
