Why is there a Japanese Garden at the Courthouse? I have no idea.

Ummm …. at Luthy Botanical Gardens?
Nope. It’s at the Peoria County Courthouse. I had lunch downtown (pushcart fare) and I sat down, looked up, and there — in real life — was this picture.
