		<description><![CDATA[Well, I love it when you send me on a semi-wild goose chase!  I thought I knew where this was so I drove there last night and checked it out.  The statue said the title of Changes and when it was dedicated.  (forgot what it said though)  Interesting statue since I believe it to be a whale tail and last time I checked there are no whales in the Illinois River! :)  I&#039;d love to know the history.]]></description>
