Must be Cooper St., with the new Bradley Parking deck growing like a fungus behind it… *sigh*
Yep that is my friend’s house on Cooper, 924 to be exact on the left. He’ll sell it for $500,000 and even give you 50% off that price.
I don’t think Glasser is going to buy it, but in a few years when she moves on, so will that house. I give it 10 years.
Cooper Street a great place to live, but I’d sell for $500.000.
