I hoofed my way over to where Kara said this was and got another picture. Maybe this will help.

The Peace Train in Luthy Botanical Gardens at Glen Oak Park. Chef Kevin is getting the 2nd White Elephant gift, even though he had to get a hint to which he claims he didn’t need.

    Excellent guess. But wrong. 186, 185, and 184 are all within walking distance of each other.

    Ok, Ok, I knew this (I think) a long time ago, but thought someone would get it. It is in the children’s part of Luthy Botanical Gardens. The black wrought iron fence circles the garden and the clay tennis courts are behind it.

    Yes and no. Since I ride my bike through GOP quite frequently, I was pretty sure that is where I had seen this, but where in GOP was the question. The black fence and courts gave it away.
