128 – United States Federal Courthouse

Located at 100 N.E. Monroe and designed by Howard Lovewell Cheney, the current Federal Building was built in the years of 1937 and 1938.
Of note- It housed Peoria’s Post Office until 1981, it currently houses Ray LaHood’s Peoria office, and is the building that Willy York famously threw a molotove coctail at.
