Giant floating crane at the “U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, Illinois-Waterway Project Office”, located at 256 Grant St.

Just so you know, a sign at the entrance says that I violated the federal law and could be locked up for the rest of my natural life for taking this photo.

The Army Corps of Engineers on the river between Woodruff Park and Detweiller Marina Park (or whatever the official name is).
