I can only hope a new use can be found for this building, because it’s a beautiful building. I didn’t realize what a grand structure it was until I got up close to take this picture.

I don’t know the name of the little hair shop either, but I would suggest that if they don’t want people parking there, they should make the sign legible. St. Mark Grade School (on Bradley Ave) is in the background, as is one of the PeoriaIllinoisan clan’s bicycle. Interstate sound barrier at the east end of Columbia Terrace in the Historic Randolph-Roanoke neighborhood. Take a right and you’re on Crescent, which dead ends into one of many Proctor Methodist Hospital employee parking lots (I’ve walked it once, correct me if I’m wrong).
Is this what Peoria, AZ looks like? Michele’s right, it’s on Adams street, just off of Harmon Highway Western, if I recall correctly. I have no idea what this business is, nor do I know why they have a cement cactus out front, but nevertheless, it’s pretty cool.
