Okay, I’m sure I’m way wrong, but here goes….
My foggy old mind seems to recall something looking like this as a headstone-memorial on a grave in Springdale Cemetery, not far from the main, Prospect Road, entrance.
But it’s probably the base of a fountain on a golf course or something more practicle like that.

I’m going to have to pay somebody to drive around Peoria looking for these places for me.
I think most of Peoria has been demolished since I moved away.
