I gave up. I first thought it was on the Bradley Campus, then perhaps on top the old Anheuser-Busch building near Taft Homes (tho that building could be gone since I haven’t been in Peoria since 1988).
I guess we don’t look up as much as we should.

I thought maybe the Adult School on Moss for some reason, then my father-in-law thought the GAR building, and we thought Bradley too, but to no avail. What part of town is it in?

It’s out north. The photo was user submitted, so there is one other person definitely knows. I drove by it today, looked up, and yep- there it was. Larger than I remembered it, even.
